Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
At Physician Assistant Career, we are dedicated to providing valuable guidance and support to aspiring Physician Assistants across Canada. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy regarding refunds and exchanges for our services. This policy applies to all services purchased directly from Physician Assistant Career, operating from Ontario, Canada.
1. Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it in writing within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Condition for Full Refund: This refund is only applicable if none of the purchased services (or any part of a service package) have been used, accessed, attended, or scheduled. “Used” includes, but is not limited to:
– Attending any part of an “Ask-a-PA” session, MMI preparation session, or any other consultation.
– Submitting documents for Application Review where the review process has been initiated by our team (e.g., documents acknowledged or opened for review).
– Accessing any proprietary materials provided as part of the service.
How to Request: To request a full refund under these conditions, please email us at contact@pacareer.ca with your original purchase details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
2. Exchange for Other Services (Credit Towards Future Services)
If your request is made after 14 calendar days from your original purchase date, AND no part of the purchased services has been used, accessed, attended, or scheduled, you are not eligible for a refund.
Condition for Exchange: In this scenario, the full value of your original unused purchase can be converted into a credit and applied towards any other service(s) offered by Physician Assistant Career. This credit must be used within 18 months from the original purchase date.
How to Request: To request an exchange, please email us at contact@pacareer.ca to discuss your needs and arrange for the service credit.
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Circumstances
Once any part of a purchased service or package has been used, accessed, attended, or if a document review has been initiated by our team, no refund or exchange will be possible for that service or any portion of the package.
This policy applies regardless of whether the entire service duration or all components of a package have been utilized. We encourage clients to be certain of their commitment before beginning to use any service.
Services purchased are non-transferable to other individuals.

Physician Assistant Career reserves the right to update this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
